Brett Baber is the CEO and Founder ofThanos Renewables, bringing over 25 years of technical and operational experience across utility-scale BESS Solar PV, and Wind projects. A qualified engineer and member of both the AMEI and TMIET, Brett has led major renewable energy initiatives throughout the UK and Europe, specialising in project delivery, operational excellence, and asset performance optimisation.

Tony brings over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector to Thanos Renewables. As Director of BESS, Tony specialises in battery energy storage systems and wind projects, with deep expertise in project development, asset management, and technical operations. His extensive background includes working with utility-scale BESS, Solar PV, and Wind installations across the UK and Europe.
